It is with great sadness that the family of Terry Haryett announces his passing (after a long illness) on Tuesday, January 2, 2018, at the age of 72 years. Terry was born, raised and lived all of his life in the Peterborough area. He worked for many years at National Grocers, but his real passion was for hunting and fishing and politics. Terry will be remembered with love by his former wife Maureen and his son Trevor. He will be greatly missed by his sisters Barbara (Eddie) Lacroix and Ruth (Don) Scott and her friend Fred Lefebvre. His brothers Allen (Eileen) Haryett, Jim (Debby) Haryett, Kelly (Karen) Haryett and Claude Haryett will also find an emptiness in their hearts. Terry was predeceased by his sister Renee (David McCue) Haryett and his brother Jack (Faye) Haryett. A Celebration of Terry's life will be held at 1 pm, on Friday, January 12, at the Peterborough Navy Club (Association), 24 Whitlaw Street, just east of the Landsdowne Bridge.
